Elizabeth Morningstar, M.D., FACOG Elizabeth Morningstar, M.D., FACOG graduated with a degree in psychology from Grinnell College in 1972. She graduated from the Medical College of Virginia with her Doctor of Medicine degree in 1976. She completed her intern and residency training at the University of Rochester in 1980, and was board certified in 1982. Dr. Morningstar has been in private practice in Rochester since 1980.  She is a fellow in the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a Clinical Assistant Professor in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry.  Dr. Morningstar sees patients in our Greece and Webster offices.

It is with regret that we advise you that Dr. Sandy Perry will be leaving the practice on March 31, 2012. She will be seeing patients and will continue to give excellent medical care at WGCA up to that point.

Over the next few months, we will continue to make every attempt, both verbally and in writing, to inform all of her patients of her upcoming departure. Our staff is ready to help you schedule your annual GYN appointments or your return OB appointments with our other very capable and well-trained providers at WGCA.

Coral Surgeon, M.D., FACOG

Coral Surgeon, M.D., FACOG Coral Surgeon, M.D., FACOG received her undergraduate degree from Columbia University and her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Buffalo in 1980 where she also received a National Medical Fellowship. She completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at the University of Rochester, Strong Memorial Hospital and its affiliated hospitals in 1984. She is a Fellow in the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, becoming board certified in 1986 and recertified in 1996 and 2006.  She is a Clinical Associate Professor in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry.  Dr. Surgeon is the recipient of the Highland Hospital OB/Gyn Resident Teaching Award and the Association of Professors in OB/Gyn – Excellence in Teaching Award in 2004.  She sees patients in our Brighton and Webster offices.
